REQUIREMENTS

SKYTRAK recommends an RTX 3060, 16GB RAM, and SSD storage for its native Course Play experience, with requirements varying across compatible third-party simulation software. The Paragon goes considerably beyond that baseline with a Core i7, RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, 32GB DDR5, and 2TB NVMe SSD. That additional headroom is designed for premium 4K simulation and more demanding software beyond SKYTRAK’s native applications.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every ProTour PC is engineered and built to order in the USA for your specific launch monitor, with production typically taking 5–7 business days at our Scottsdale, Arizona facility. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks total from order to delivery, including build time and an additional 1–1.5 weeks for shipping. Shipping is currently available within the U.S., calculated at checkout unless otherwise included in a promotion, and tracking will be provided once your PC ships.

RETURN POLICY

Every ProTour PC is backed by a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees, including custom-configured and upgraded systems. If you’d like to make a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping. For orders that arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
