REQUIREMENTS

ProTee recommends 32GB RAM and RTX 3080-class graphics or better for optimal 4K GSPro performance with the ProTee VX. The VX connects to the PC through its supplied USB-to-Ethernet adapter using a USB 3.0 connection. The Vertex’s Core i7, RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, 32GB DDR5, and NVMe storage comfortably clear those recommendations for demanding 4K play.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every ProTour PC is engineered and built to order in the USA for your specific launch monitor, with production typically taking 5–7 business days at our Scottsdale, Arizona facility. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks total from order to delivery, including build time and an additional 1–1.5 weeks for shipping. Shipping is currently available within the U.S., calculated at checkout unless otherwise included in a promotion, and tracking will be provided once your PC ships.

RETURN POLICY

Every ProTour PC is backed by a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees, including custom-configured and upgraded systems. If you’d like to make a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping. For orders that arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
