REQUIREMENTS

Trackman specifies Intel processors, NVIDIA graphics, 32GB RAM, and an SSD for its current simulator PCs, with higher GPU requirements for 4K play. Trackman iO and Duo also require two Ethernet ports for the launch monitor and internet connection. The Extreme’s Core i9, RTX 5080, 32GB DDR5, dual Ethernet, and NVMe storage are built to meet Trackman’s demanding 4K configuration.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every ProTour PC is engineered and built to order in the USA for your specific launch monitor, with production typically taking 5–7 business days at our Scottsdale, Arizona facility. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks total from order to delivery, including build time and an additional 1–1.5 weeks for shipping. Shipping is currently available within the U.S., calculated at checkout unless otherwise included in a promotion, and tracking will be provided once your PC ships.

RETURN POLICY

Every ProTour PC is backed by a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees, including custom-configured and upgraded systems. If you’d like to make a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping. For orders that arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
